Students interested in being considered for a scholarship need to submit a 1-2 page paper, double spaced, that talks about what you hope to gain from choir tour this year in Seattle and how you would make the most of the scholarship money if it was awarded to you. You may include anything else you would like our principal to know as he is making the final decisions for money allocation.
At the end of the paper, please include the following information:
Your name
Your student #
Your grade
Name of a parent/guardian who Mr. Jenson can contact
Best number to contact parent/guardian
Application papers are due Wednesday, October 19th to Ms. Houston. After that, scholarship money will no longer be available.
We will let you know who is awarded the scholarship by the beginning of November.
Those who receive scholarships are encouraged to write a thank you note to our donors, who include the Highland Arts Council and some very kind choir families. I will get the thank you notes to the donors who wish to remain anonymous.
