Here is how to find disclosure documents, handouts, and assignments on CHARMS:
1) Go to www.charmsoffice.com and log in (see sidebar "Charms: Update Info" if you don't remember how to log in.)
2) Click on "handouts and files"
3) Click on "choir documents"
4) Find the assignment you are looking for (disclosure document, Concert Report, In-Class Performance, etc.)
