If you are absent for anything other than a school function, you must make up your 10 missed participation points with practice at home so you can get caught up on the music we learned while you were gone. To do this, follow the steps below:
1) Go to www.charmsoffice.com and log in. If you forgot how to do that, refer to the sidebar of this website under, "quick links."
2) Click on "Practice Logs"
3) Where it says "Title Practiced," enter the names of the songs you worked on, along with THE DATE OF THE ABSENCE OR TARDY YOU ARE MAKING UP! This part is critical! Otherwise, no credit will be given.
4) Skip the part that says tempo and enter in the amount of time you practiced.
5) Click "Enter Time." You get 10 points for every half hour you practice.
Remember, absences have to be made up within a month for you to get the points back!! Also, you must enter in your practice time at the time you do it. It will not allow you to retroactively enter in practice.
