March Choir Notes

Important March Choir Dates:

• Tuesday, March 13: Term 3 Choir Concert, 6:00 p.m., HHS
• Thursday, March 22: Dr. Sonja Poulter comes to work with Concert Choir (B3) during class
• Friday, March 23: Last day of term 3- performance observations due! Go see the drama showcase on Monday, March 19th (free) if you are still looking for a performance to attend.

Looking Ahead: Important April  Choir Dates:

• Thursday, April 5: Jean Applonie comes to work with En Chantant (A5)
• Wednesday, April 11: Region Large Choir Festival for En Chantant and Concert Choir @ Olympus HS, time TBD (we will have a bus going both ways)
• Thursday, April 26th: Choir exchange during Concert Choir (B3) with Kimberly HS
• April 28: State Solo and Ensemble @ Northridge HS (times TBD)

Looking Ahead: Important May Choir Dates:

 

• Tuesday, May 15: Tartanfest @ HHS, 6-8 p.m. 
• En Chantant will be performing from 6:50-7:15 p.m. 
• Students not in En Chantant can come to Tartanfest for an hour and count it as their term 4 "Sing to Serve."  Supporting arts in the community and at Highland is a form of service. 
• Monday, May 21: Banquet (6:00-6:50 p.m.) and Term 4 Concert (7:00-8:30 p.m.)
