Friday, May 4: Auditions for Tartanfest and banquet right after school
Friday, May 11: Choir council applications due for 2018-2019 Choir Council
Monday- Thursday, May 14-17: Choir council interviews after school
Tuesday, May 15: Tartanfest from 6-8 p.m. in the commons and cafeteria. En Chantant performs at 6:50 p.m. Come for an hour and get your Sing to Serve assignment done!
Friday, May 18: Deadline for purchasing choir banquet tickets. See below for details on how to purchase dinner tickets! Tickets will not be sold at the door, so PLEASE buy them in advance!
Monday, May 21: Choir Banquet and Final Concert, "Night at the Movies." Dinner will be from 6:00-6:50 p.m. and the concert and awards ceremony will be 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 23: Madrigals sing musical number at the senior awards night @ 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 6: Madrigals sing at the graduation ceremony.
How to Purchase Dinner Tickets:
Dinner tickets must all be purchased IN ADVANCE on myschoolfees.com or to West in the treasurer's office by Friday, May 18th.
There are TWO options online (and if you buy them from West, be sure to specify WHICH dinners you are ordering):
1. Hot dog dinner
2. Baked potato dinner
Either meal is $3. You will pick up your actual dinner tickets by the ram statue the night of the dinner. We will have two different color tickets depending on the kind of dinners you purchased in advance (which I will see in our computer system once they have been paid for either through myschoolfees.com or to West). They will be under your student's name. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR!

Our historian, Maggie, is collecting pictures for an end of the year slideshow presentation. Parents and students, please take a moment to send her any pictures from concerts and choir activities over the school year. We want a big variety from ALL the choirs!
